Alas, yes. Single #37. Another cover.
Here's the story on Sankei Sports: http://www.sanspo.com/geino/news/080908/gnj0809080433000-n1.htm (Nihongo desu).
Dig the ancient B&W photo, like they didn't have color in those days.
And nine members looks almost... manageable on stage.
Yaay! More royalties for the estate of Aku Yu! |

Ishikawa Rika officially left Musume and Company on Saturday at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. New member Kusumi Koharu was also introduced to the crowd of 10,000+. The group remains ten girls strong. |

Posted - 04/21/2005 : 2:35:29 PM I was in Japan this past week and was so consumed in my travels that I didn't have time to watch TV much, save for a few baseball games, earthquake highlights, and weather reports. I actually caught the Yaguchi scandal the day after the poop hit the A/C, when the reinstatement petition began.
It'll probably take a few days for me to fully realize what has happened, now that I'm back home and online again.
So is it official that Aichan is the "sub-leader"? Does it even matter at this juncture? ____
The new single, due in stores next Wednesday, is available for download at several places. It sure sounds like R&B Gomaki to me.

Alas, yes. The "Lucky 7 Audition," they're calling it.
God help us all.

i'm just curious cuz i haven't kept in a really long time and by the last post you had i could only recognize a handful of names, but how many members are actually IN the group? a few weeks back on ngn i did see kago and tsuji as a duo called, "w" (whatever that was) hahahaha, but how many are actually in the "core" MM? i'm guessing if they are auditioning for 7 more ... this gotta be some kind of record (not only in japan, but the entire world) for having the most members in one single musical group.

Posted - 11/04/2004 : 06:16:02 AM Just the Musume Proper singles, albums and PV DVDs (I did NOT invest in "Hyokkori"). I quit buying the concerts (no live band? ferget it!) in late 2001. Don't have ANY Ayaya CDs or DVDs. I have the first Gomaki PV disc but only her first single on CD.
No W, one Minimoni CD (two PV discs), One Nacchi CD/PV. I got the Ichii Sayaka/Nakazawa Yuko "Folk Days" concert (HIGHLY recommended!) and the Mikitty PV collection (I just purchased her last two single PVs). I got the Pucchi Best collections but only one of the DVDs. The "Early Single Box" is pending.
HAAAAAR!
