Would anyone here happen to know the name of Okakura Daikichi's wife's name?
I'm right now building a character listing for a wiki, which dates back to Season 1. If anyone's interested in seeing what I've created so far, here it is:

Hey Groink! If you are the Groink I think you are (founder of d-addicts), let me first personally thank you for sharing so much. Ok Are you referring to the wife character "Setsuko"? I think the cast list is here:

i was looking over what you got and you got quite a bit of information. just one big thing you might want to change, Nonoshi*ta Kuniko is actually a Kojima daughter. You're also missing one Kojima daughter (which I believe only appeared in the first series), Hisako (she was married to Kenji). I'm pretty sure she had two kids too, not sure what their names were though.
the fifth Okakura daughter is Takahashi Fumiko. Also, the last name of Seiko's (Nakajima Shoko ... the 'helper' at Koraku) character is (believe it or not) Matsuda. |

Hi,Im sansei and I Learned of an Update on Making it Through no 7 will air on Sunday Dated September 28th and It will be an Updated Series from The Making It Through Series so I Wished to share this with everyone.also Their will be a New Show Called Orange Days only Not Sure of the Date so When I Learn the Date,I will Surely Post it here.

 Hi This is Sansei and I Watched on This Morning's Fnn news,I Saw The Patriarch of The Okukura Clan who is Takuya Fujioka who Play's Daikichi Okukura is Now Really Sick and His age is now 75 and if he should Pass on,they may not Make New Episode's due to Takuya Fujioka who Play's daikichi Okukura's illness or Maybe Passing so I Wished to share this with everyone.

Hi This is sansei and I Just Read on a Blog that Making it Through Series no 8 will air in Japan on April 6th,2006 so When or if this show come's to Hawaii after Airing in Japan,Then we'll see if Takuya Fujioka aka Daikichi Okuakura will be in this Series due to his Real Life Illness and I hope that he pull's through due to his age and he's 75 and I hope he may not pass away is he's a Wonderful Japanese Actor so I Hope this Serie's will keep on Going for as Long as it can.

Well, I was in Japan last week to catch the season opener of Wataru Seken wa Onibakari #8 (Making It Through #8) on 4/6 which was a 2-hour special. Maybe I shouldn't say much about it (I shouldn't even have watched it when we are still airring WataOni#7 here), but the Okakura Daikichi is now being played by Utsui Ken...a very fine actor.
