Both Saburo and I have video problems on NGN, Time-Warner channel 677. There's significant ghosting-like effects in the video. If you look slightly to the right of any object in the video, there's a slight halo-like effect. Also, there's significant digital noise, much like if your HDTV antenna was losing signal or had very weak signal. I have there digital boxes in my home, and it affects all.
If you're experiencing one or both symptoms, please post here. I'm trying to build a log of sorts so that when I call Time-Warner, I won't sound like a dope.

EDIT - Just now called Time-Warner. The lady doesn't see the ghosting effects on her two TVs. I tried telling her watching it on her end is like watching KGMB AT KGMB's studio. Duh! A technician will be at my home this Monday.
